Due to upcoming New Year Holidays, the last day when applicants may submit additional documents requested during adjudication or visa corrections shipments to Pony Express offices in Russia will be December 13, 2019. Services will resume on January 9, 2020. If your interview is scheduled for December 20 or later, we recommend that you choose to collect the passport from the Pony Express office located in the city where your interview will take place, in order to ensure that your documents are available for collection before New Year holidays. You can change your document delivery option or location in your profile up until the day of your interview.

We would like to inform callers who are intending to schedule an appointment through our call center that our call center agents have the same access to appointment slots or scheduling as applicants have in their profiles. If there is no availability when applicants attempt to schedule an appointment, they will not encounter more availability through the call center. Applicants whose profiles are temporarily blocked will need to wait 72 hours before access to their profiles will be restored.
